A Missionary is coming to your church……..

1. What is the church responsible for?

            -- their lodging (A fruit basket, goodie basket, or, a small gift would be nice                            to have in their room when they arrive.)

            --their meals (Ask if they have any allergies.)

2. What is my (Pastor/NMI President) responsibility?  Make        

      contact with the Missionary. Give them info concerning the               service:  Where your church is located.

                            What time zone are you on.

                            What time the service begins.

                            What can we do to help prepare for the service? (Set up tables for                                                       display etc.)

                             Inform them where they will be staying.

                          Ask if they prefer to eat before or after the service.

3. What should we do during the service?

            Help them set up and pack up.

            RECEIVE the offering at the end of the service. Make checks payable to                                General Treasurer. Give offering to Missionary.

4. What should we do after the service?

            Help with directions to their service.

            It would be a good and thoughtful jester to help with their gas expense.
